Hours of Service
Tax Season Extended Hours: - (February to June) Monday to Saturday
We are open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00 pm.
Evenings & weekends by appointment
Off Season: July - January - Office hours are sporadic, always available during day by Phone or email. To set up appointment call 705-435-6900 or text 705-434-8534 or email. The OPEN sign will be on, during off season when we are available. It's always best to call or email for appointment. Other appointments are available evenings and weekends.
Drop off Mail Slot (Safe and Secure) is available 24 Hrs/day - we have a Safe & Secure Drop Box, located in the Office door, which is available 24 Hrs a day. We also have a box with envelopes beside office door for your convenience. The OPEN sign is usually displayed when I am in the office.
